I like how this casino is basically a one-stop place with a good selection of restaurants, entertainment (including a cinema and bowling alley). The negative was I came across not one, not two but three incidents of negative customer service at “the club” (zero personality) the box office will call I was being almost lectured for using my nickname - hey, get a life! and check out (don’t people smile? Had an amazing stay. Rooms are nicely done and very clean.Staff was very friendly.We had dinner in Don Vito’s and enjoyed Tower of Power concert afterwards. Went to Steak and shakes for a late night snack ordered the frisco burger well that was the worst burger ever didn’t even grill the bread was disappointed by that. But overall was great time .

Nice hotel, but upgrades are needed. The service at the bar is minimal.

Very nice staff. Love the bingo hall. Have tried 2 restaurants so far they were good. Great breakfast buffet. We have attended bull riding there and loved it. We are going tonight to bull riding and rating at the Mexican restaurant.
