One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From ensuring I made my appointment, to actually helping me pick my new frames and making sure I wasn’t paying an arm and a leg for contacts - this group of ladies has a customer for life. They are hospitable and warm, and more than anything professional. Thank you for making it such a great experience and I LOVE my new glasses.
Positive experience all around- I love my locally crafted glasses from Philly eye works. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It’s an easy process to schedule an exam and pick up glasses (took less than a week).
I had a great experience at this optical shop and highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I needed repairs for two pairs of glasses, and they helped me fix them professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was that they were happy to help even though the glasses were not purchased from their store. Their attitude and service were truly excellent. Highly recommended!

i love this place! they have an amazing selection of frames and are very helpful and patient (!) when you’re shopping for new frames. i brought in a prescription from another optometry and they were able to apply it to the new frames with no issue. everyone here is so kind! i’ve been recommending them to everyone i know (that wears glasses). i’m lowkey looking forward to getting my next eye exam here!
