Wonderful service
Braden assisted me today with figuring out why my tenant protection had expired. I pay yearly for my storage units. I emailed my policy in last year and she informed me that I need to enter this into their system myself so that I will get an email from their system so that I can update it myself. This year, their system started deducting amounts each month when my policy expired in their system. I am going to email their management team about this and see if they will add back the amounts they deducted.
Very fast, very simple explained everything that I needed to do And happy with That is done great help from Shelby :)
