Bad Experience I moved to the South Loft Parks in January 2022. I rented a 3 bedroom loft in the 3rd floor, which was perfect for my family (wife and 2 kids). I liked the apartment, and the property seemed to be ok. The rooftop view is great. Until that point everything was fine. After I moved the elevator started malfunctioning, it has been not functioning properly on one way or another for significant part of the lease. DO NOT GO We rented there from May, 2019 to December, 2021. Wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy to go live there. The management is totally unprofessional and unresponsive. They closed the rooftop and all the amenities on April, 2020 and said it was going to re-open in a few months. It only re-opened in December, 2021 after twenty months, and the pool is not ready yet (this is not COVID-related, as other building nearby re-opened common spaces in the summer of 2020).
