I have been here for 51/2 years It was a great place at 1st New management April 2025 And the place have gone down Stairs no longer cared for Laundry room is rarely clean Lawn poorly kept up, rent when up and property gone down Old management spray for bugs every month not real sure when they spray now hit and miss I was made to sign a new lease when I still had six months left on last with an rent increase. I have become very depressed living here can't wait to move
The building may be older looking on outside be the apartment is beautiful And management is right on point I don't plan to move anytime soon I've been here for 2 years
