Placed an order the other day and they put all of the fixins in one tray as we told them not to as some of my family can't have some of it and when it arrived it was altogether so some of us didn't get to enjoy the food and they also forgot the salsa for the chips. We called and complained and they said they were gonna do something about it and never did piss poor customer service we don't appreciate being lied to will not be ordering from them again and gonna spread the word!

Went there yesterday. Food was pretty good. They give you bean dip, hot salsa, and mild with chips. However service was super slow. There were 2 people at the bar and one table in the dining area yet it took 10 mins before we were greeted. We had gotten our own menus. Also not sure what is up with the heat. Have been living in Oshkosh for almost 9 years, and ate at SOTB for the first time tonight. After our delicious meal, my wife asked, "What took us so long to eat here?" Couldn't have agreed more. Made me want to go to Mexico again.

I went here today (8/28) around 430 for happy hour. There was only a handful of customers in the place, actually seemed like the staff out numbered the customers. Anyways my friends and I sat at the bar, we were greeted shortly after and our drinks took a little longer than they should have but it wasn't a big deal. We ordered food and that took about 30/45 minutes which was way too long for how it was not busy at all in there. The bartender was not personable and very short and rude. The service was horrible!! Waited for 20 minutes before I had to get and ask someone to wait us. You would think that when there are little to no people in the restaurant you would get the best service... But the the opposite at this place.
