Went out to eat with my family and there was hardly anyone in the bar or dining area. Waitress took our order and brought the drinks and never came back. Sat there watching other tables that came in after us get their food before us. One table came in 20 minutes after us and was paying their bill and leaving and we still never recieved our food.
Awful service. I've been here several times and had decent service only once. Food is just okay.
1st time ordering and so disappointed! Delivery took 1.5 hours! Food is COLD! I'm not talking warm, I'm talking COLD. Rice cold. Tacos cold. We had queso blanco that is cold and kinda tastes like its from a can. We had chicken strips for our kids that looks like it was in the greese too long, and again cold. The delivery driver was nice, but gave an excuse that they are super busy with 1 driver, I understand that, but they need to get more help, or at least make sure the food is HOT.
