Horrible This place is terrible. When we moved in, the complex didn't even have a lock on the door or the stove hooked up! The doors they have on the outside aren't even doors! They are sliding glass doors, like what should be on a porch, not the front of an apartment! The complex is disgusting and poorly maintained. The staff is inefficient and deceitful, often failing to even recall prior agreements! This is possibly the worst complex in Carrollton!
Awful!!! This place is a joke. They have renovated apartments, but simply painted over mold and put flooring down. Nearly every apartment has roaches, gnats, and spiders. Management is extremely rude and untruthful. There are drug dealings all over complex, and employees themselves are involved. Please, if you don't want to make the worst mistake of your life, DO NOT rent here.
