My experience here has always been positive. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Dr. Liang is an excellent doctor who is caring and truly listens. She supported me through some challenging times. I have also seen a couple of substitute doctors during her absence, and they were fine as well. My son is now a patient of hers, and I'm hoping my husband will get in to see her too.
Best medical clinic ever. Dr. Mian is an excellent, caring, knowledgeable and very professional doctor everybody wish to have him as family doctor. The front desk ladies are also very professional, always kind, punctuated and organised. Words come short to express how lucky I am having Dr Mian as our family physician.
On December 10, 2024 just before 11am I was waiting next door to the medical office to open and I kindly asked to use the restroom with the receptionist at the front desk. She said no that the washrooms were for their patients only. I found this to be very inconsiderate of her & poor customer service. There are no places in the vicinity where I could use a restroom. Thankfully the other Dr office permitted to use their washroom and were very polite & accomodating.
