I brought my Ford Escape in for an oil change. I was informed I needed breaks, they installed them that very day. I have had only one instance last year when I needed to talk to a manager. It was dealt with right away. Other than that one time, I have been happy with the service.
Another Ford purchased from D'Orazio. My third fusion. This one is a 2015, traded in a 2010 . Also still very happy with my F-150 purchased from the same dealership. Pleasant, knowledgeable salesman and front end personnel .Equally as happy with service department.
