Horrible – If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While the place is decorated beautifully, and in general, the staff are very courteous, this place is dishonest. They 'found' two cavities on a routine cleaning, which they then proceeded to show me on a television screen, and recommended that porcelein caps be installed for $600 each instead of a standard filling. Chicago South Loop Dentist – When first walking in, I was very impressed by the zen feel of the office. The atmosphere was was relaxing, with water streaming from behind the front desk. Sheri was the first one to welcome us in. I'll have to say, coming from a customer service background, I was highly pleased with her professionalism and genuine care. Chic south loop dentist – I've been going to Art of Modern Dentistry for 6 years, and have been very pleased with their service. I would not consider switching providers and have even recommended Art of Modern Dentistry to several friends who live in our neighborhood. The new Michigan avenue location is very modern and relaxing and conveniently located near my south loop home and the Roosevelt train stop. Awesome Service – I required extensive work on my teeth in the past 6 months (fillings, cleanings, root canal, etc). The service at Art of Modern Dentistry has always been professional and courteous every time. I have never waited longer then 5 minutes in the waiting room, which shows their respect for patients’ time. Since I had a lot of work done, the dentists always took the time to explain why I needed a procedure. Great Service – With a modern decor, this place offered everything that I needed and more. Everyone on staff was very helpful. When you walk in you believe that it is going to be very cold and unwelcoming, however, the receptionists quickly quell that fear. The hygienists were very helpful and the Doctor was great. Though I don't know much about dentistry, they helped me understand what needed to be fixed, why, and how to go about getting the job done. All around great service. Best Dentist I've ever been to – I've been to the art of modern dentistry several times now, and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have recieved. During my last visit, I had 2 cavities filled that were in a difficult location between 2 molars. Dr. Tosiou did a fantastic job making sure I was comfortable at all times and went to great effort to smooth the difficult area until it was perfect and i was happy. Comfortable Dental Experience – I thought this visit to the dentist was probably my best yet and it was due to the facility and staff at The Art of Modern Dentistry. Although disappointing, due to the news of cavaties, I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis. There were pictures taken of problem areas and the dentist showed me the pictures. Great dentist experience – I've been coming to AOMD for about a year and a half, and have been very pleased with the experience. They've created a program thats been a good fit for me and my teeth. The office and equipment are new, and I've had only good experiences with all of the staff.
