Waited months for this appointment, called two days prior to ask how long they expected the appointment to last as I was now scheduled to work and would be going in late. My kids and I waited in the extremely small quiet and boring waiting room for an hour. When I asked how much longer the front desk said atleast 30 mins more? I decided to leave as it’s poor practice, esp after they called to remind my daughter of her appointment and the importance of being on time or risk not being seen.
