Full appreciation for the excellent care and service. All the nurses were kind, and had a sense of humour. A colonoscopy can be an awkward procedure, to say the least, and they made it a good experience. Special praise for Dr. Clement - a total pro - top level skills and really focused, and also good natured. Top marks. This is a really valuable facility.
Very impressed with my recent surgery at this facility. Everyone from the reception desk to pre-op to post-op were incredible, compassionate, and highly skilled. Also, it was really nice on the nerves to not navigate through VGH but rather just enter an office building. If I require surgery in the future, I hope I come back here.

Really nice faciltiy, staff are caring and friendly. They really understood my struggle too when checking on by not allowing door or drink in the waiting room out of respect for those that cannot eat or drink and had to fast. Admitting room had the greatest view overlooking the mountains over the hospital. VIHA really figured it out with warming blankets too, they have that "just out of the drier" feel. Anyways 10/10 didn't die on the table so I would surgery again here.
