When we bought our car in February 2024 and everything was great, service was awesome and we were happy, now the service has went to shit and nobody there honors the 7,000 dollar extra warranty that includes glass and tires. Now I'm being charged and the techs are telling me my brand new tires are at a 4 but they have literally put that on every rotation and it keeps going up and down from 4 to 7 then 5 now 4 again and I just went in for service last week and they rotated tires and said they were a 4 and instantly on drive h... read more
I love South Hills Kia! I have been going there since 2002! I will never go anywhere else! I drove in from Lakewood OH to buy my new car from them yesterday! highly recommend!!!! Shawn was a great sales person!
