I went in for an oil change and a rubbing noise coming from the rear drivers side tire, that I thought was a brake issue. They sorted out the issue (missing bolts from a caliper) and did my oil change. I honestly thought I was going to need new brakes, and they could have done them and charged me, without issue, but they didn’t. They were honest about finding the issue. They sent someone out to find the bolts I needed and then fixed my issue. I appreciate Kayla (the service advisor) and the tech’s that took care of my car.
Car is using excessive oil. They checked and doing oil usage. Kayla in service was great to work with.
We have been buying Kia’s since 2008.This is our 4th. My husband’s optima has 223,000 miles. I like new, so the Wolf Grey Sportage 2025 was for me. Thanks LeighAnne at South Hills Kia!!!
