Whoever made the decision to get the AI phone system needs fired. No one calls you back. I have left 4 messages for the Finance department and service department with zero return calls. I am literally just trying to buy one of your cars and it has taken weeks.
I just bought a new Sportage in December and it's due for inspection and oil change. I've call South Hills Kia no less than 10 times and cannot get a live person to schedule. I've left 4 or 5 messages with the AI operator and also scheduled a call back online with absolutely no return call. How is this possible?
I want to thank Jim Watts for his attention to the matter with our Sportage Hybrid. He actually listen to what we had to say about the problem,not brushing it off as normal
I would give them a 0 star review if I could. They have terrible customer service. On Friday July 17, I inquired about a vehicle that I wanted to purchase and scheduled a time to come in and test drive it. When I called to ask about who to write a check out to for a down payment, I got the run around and no one could tell me the answer.
