I had a battery replaced and they were very courteous and it was done in a timely manner.
Scheduled an appointment for the same day and was able to get in. They performed an inspection based off the symptoms I described and provided the video walk through. Found the tire to be feathered/cupped. Recommended an alignment and found the rear out of spec. Explained the sound would be there until the tire wears more to even out. Overall a good experience and would recommend their service department.
Express oil change, tire rotation ,and car wash performed in record time. Totally great service.
It’s been many years since I’ve purchased a new vehicle, but it was a very pleasant experience at #Cochran Honda! Joann was wonderful from start to finish. I didn’t feel any pressure, and she let me take my time choosing the right car for me. Shaun in finance was equally wonderful - very laid back. They both made the process a breeze.
