My experience was very good. Mike explained each problem with my car with details for inspection so I could understand. I'm not very Knowledgeable with cars. I appreciated that. I will go back again.

Only my 2nd time there amidst renovation work. Waited outside in car past my appt. time and then called to get more direction. Directions to enter not clear for a new person. Once in the bldg. service was attentive. Work was done with my reccomendation but costs not explained thoroughly. Costs listed on invoice but without my prior knowledge.
