Best service ever, the service manager is so helpful and better than any Honda managers in Pittsburgh area, definitely coming back there forever. They have free coffee too!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. After having my vehicle serviced at this Honda location, I discovered that the oil drain plug was stripped, causing an oil leak. When I contacted the service department, they claimed the damage was caused by another Honda dealership where my vehicle had also been serviced. The other dealership said the same thing.
