I can see why this doctors office gets such poor reviews. It’s been a total nightmare. I went in for a pre procedure appointment. After that, it’s like they ghosted me. They don’t answer the phone. If (and that’s a big IF) they do answer, you are put on eternal hold. I actually spoke to one person there who said she would get me an answer and get back to me. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The referral line will hang up on you, and are extremely rude. No one seems to want to help at this office, so if you have an option get a referral elsewhere.

The fact that these people hang up on patients over the phone and NEVER answer again; I believe there will be special type of karma for these type of people. We get referred to this clinic in hopes to feel better, but instead have to deal with more stress simply because they hang up on you and won’t answer again. I arrived for my appointment not feeling that great, but pressed my way in spite of, only to be told after checking in and having a seat that my referral authorization needed renewing. I would think that would be a detail worth reviewing at the time I was called and remind of the appointment yesterday. Update 7/10/25 Round 2: Incompetence at its finest.
