I was referred here by my doctor, but it’s been impossible to talk to anyone. I’ve tried calling multiple times over several days at different times, and no one has ever answered the phone. I eventually tried using the website, but there wasn’t a way to actually schedule online, only a “fill out this form and we’ll contact you” option. I can see why this doctors office gets such poor reviews. It’s been a total nightmare. I went in for a pre procedure appointment. After that, it’s like they ghosted me. They don’t answer the phone. If (and that’s a big IF) they do answer, you are put on eternal hold. I actually spoke to one person there who said she would get me an answer and get back to me. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The referral line will hang up on you, and are extremely rude. No one seems to want to help at this office, so if you have an option get a referral elsewhere.

The fact that these people hang up on patients over the phone and NEVER answer again; I believe there will be special type of karma for these type of people. We get referred to this clinic in hopes to feel better, but instead have to deal with more stress simply because they hang up on you and won’t answer again. Listen to these reviews, stay away from this clinic! I see this clinic responds to these bad reviews. Why bother?
