Dr. Morris is an excellent, caring physician. I have been going there for years and have received excellent care. My cataract surgery by Dr. Morris was completed with out any problems and he and his staff are very commendable for their professionalism.
Told me on phone my appointment was covered by insurance. Upon arrival they told me I had a $50 fee. I’ve never had to pay a fee at any other eye doctor I’ve been to with this same instance for 16 years. Wasted my time but that’s how you end up stuck at dead end jobs like these aloof uncaring robots floosies at the front desk.

After many years as a patient, I have had enough. The woman who is responsible for collecting payment after you have seen the doctor is incredibly rude. It is amazing to me that she continues to be employed there.
Between myself and my parents we have been customers since 1990. Recently I had a weekend eye emergency that Mercy Hospital Ophtalmology group addressed. Not only they addressed the issue but dispelled a diagnosis of my eyes for 10 years from South Hills Eye Associates. I was so perturbed because for 5 years I had to buy Restasis when I did not need it for that long nor could afford it (1K a month).
