The front desk staff is friendly. The vets are nice and knowledgeable and have taken good care of my two senior cats.
I've been here three times now and had a different vet each time. The front desk staff is always very cheerful and sweet to my old lady. All three vets we've seen have been great. I am big into holistic healing and they have never mocked me for that or the vegan diet my dog is on. They have never pushed vaccines or products on me. They are always very kind, professional and patient with my questions and concerns. It's almost a 30 minute jaunt for me to get there but it's a great place and worth it. I will give a big KUDO's to Dr. Chang for her DX of my dog and her thyroid issue. She is wonderful and if I need to see a VET again I would personally ask to see her ONLY. The issue that I have with this clinic is, they schedule all of their appts every 10 minutes (I was told this by their staff today) My dog has been seen there 3 times, the first time her appt took almost 2 hours. The second time we were there for 1-1/2 hours and today we just needed her nails trimmed and blood drawn we left in 55 minutes. To me customer se... read more
They helped me with my cat at Christmas time. I thought she was going to die after swallowing hard foam that was stuck in her intestine. Today she is happy and healthy and won't leave my side now. Thank you for all your help. Paw print Jasmine
