Exceptional staff! We’ve been customers since 2011. When it was time for our beloved Cozmo to pass they were so caring and kind. We had never lost a pet before, it was one of the hardest moments we’ve ever experienced, but they were there to guide us and support us every step of the way and make his last moments and our last moments with him so comfortable and peaceful. Dr wang only good doctor there, there in to taking your $$$ only. Brought my cat for a illness 3 times last 2 weeks, had me pay for medicines that did not work!!! This is the last time I bring my pets here!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!
I have had pets most of my life and have been to many vets in various locations as I moved in the military. South Hill is the BEST I have ver seen bar none. I live in California and come here once a year or so to visit family and have had occasion to need vet services and have gone to South Hill a number of times over several years. Each time I go to them I am impressed with their compassionate and through care, they always provide excellent service!
You don't even want to know what I think of that place!
