Highly recommend not going for a mouth guard. The dental service is fair. Originally, I paid out of pocket and was told it was fully paid. I got a call over a month later saying I needed to come back in to finish paying. There was an issue with the timing with insurance and I ended up paying extra because the office didn’t talk with the insurance. I had to go in and adjust the guard more than once because they didn’t properly adjust it. Also, after using the guard, it’s damaged the alignment of teeth. I’ve paid for 3/4 of th... read more
