a minute ago Dr. Is great as well as the dental hygienists. Admin staff is not courteous or professional at all. The office manager has a horrible attitude and I was told I was not welcomed to return after I was upset about their error and lack of communication. They had confirmed days prior to my children's appointment that there was an issue with insurance, but didn't bother telling me until AFTER services were rendered and handed me a statement on my way out.

Beautiful office, beautiful waiting area, and Dr. Brannan is a great dentist. However, it is a shame that most of her office staff is not as up to par as the rest of the establishment. For this reason, I have sought a different, more friendly office.
