So far so good – I remember reading the other review with concern, however, my experience, once I was on site, has been just fine. The staff are friendly. The units have been nicely updated. I have my bed in my "living room" to maximize the view and use the "bed room" as my office. The utilities are included and the rent is reasonable. Check it out if you want to be close to WWU and have a stunning view. I've been living here for two months and think it's great.
my expereince was so bad i had to regesiter to this site and tell people about it – i was a resident for about 2 years , aside from the total up front you have to pay to move in , living in the apartment was great with the view , but the layout of the apartment makes it to were it is very difficullt to arrange furinture electrical outlets are not were they should be so it makes it very hard to arrange something like a entertainment center an a couch and loveseat. i dont think crime is a problem in the area but a couple of mo... read more
