My insurance has been billed for four visits I did not attend nor do I know the practitioners. These claims are fraudulent. This is insurance fraud. My insurance called the office for the first one that I noticed, but today I received three new billed visits. I would not use this company. If it was possible I would give them a zero. This is very unethical and unprofessional.
I came here because this was the first place my insurance listed as in-network. That was my first mistake. It’s clear that this place caters only to one type of client, and I am not that type. Nobody speaks English when I call unless I ask, then they give attitude! The doctor sent my prescription wrong not once, not twice, but three times, and there was no notification when it had been corrected, nor any apology.
