Brian is exceptional. He consistently responds promptly and addresses all concerns efficiently. The maintenance team is thorough and quick. The grounds are meticulously maintained. However, the open windows in the garage result in dusty cars, and the constant paperwork and demands from the office can be overwhelming. The driveway issue was extremely inconvenient with no sympathy or reimbursement ! A few breaks would be appreciated considering the high rent we pay.

Brian, the building manager was amazing! He was very attentive and helpful to the residents there. The only issue I had were the construction noises from the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, great building and views!
