I have had two babies fixed A boy & a girl my gfurbaby also totally friendly, helpful, professional staff! No problems or complaints my boy was left open to drain, my girl was glued no problems with either! Definitely will use them again very affordable they even trimmed both nails & didn’t charge me! ����
Amazing people and wonderful staff. I took my cat Max to get neutered, he had a fever and swollen tonsils a few days after, Dr. Hines met me at the clinic and gave him 2 shots, within a few days my snuggle buddy was back to his old self. ♡ This place is a God send!!
Really kind people, my cat healed up perfectly and it was a much easier and better process than any other spay I've had to do on my other cats. Since this was a stray kitten I found and wanted spayed before adopting her out, I had heard this was the place to go for rescues. Worth the drive for sure, and a great cause to support.
After 2 days and 3 phone calls I finally was contacted back about my cats ears. I am NOT getting a refund and all they told me was I should have read the voucher better because the voucher was for community cats and said they would be "tipped"... though I paid the 20$ extra because they are my personal cats and I was NOT informed about the ear "tipping" before I paid and I did not get a copy of the voucher until AFTER I had already paid there is still nothing they could do and they will talk to their staff about a guidelines... read more
Very professional ! We are thankful for this clinic and happy we found them . Kind and caring they went above and beyond and we will use their services again soon .
We had our 2 yr old Chiweenie, Aussie, fixed, on the 22nd of Sept. We were happy with the staff and the well-being they took with Aussie, we had nothing but good experience with Aussie once we got him home. Highly recommended!!
They are all wonderful up there! My baby came out just fine! Very caring and kind!
