Absolutely the worst wait time I have ever experienced. If you can go elsewhere- do it. Waited over an hour for a strep test ? Ridiculous. People were getting up and leaving. I was trapped after paying them my copay. Horrible . Just horrible. If I could have rated them with zero stars believe me I would've.
First off, EXCELLENT PROVIDER!!! Don't know how to spell her name, but she rocked. Very thorough, knowledgeable, she was wonderful. However the office staff is the worst Iv ever experiences. Never said please never said thank you both in person and on the phone. My whole visit yesterday I was told " sign this, put this there, go back to your room" ect. All demands, but never with an explanation, and never with a please. If the office staff had a personality, and actually cared for what they do, then this place would be unsto... read more
Everyone was very nice to me. Quick in and quick out.
They were great and so compassionate. I ended up having the flu and everyone was so nice, Dr very thorough. Thank you for helping me. My family Dr was closed. Glad they were open and had a 5 minute wait.
All staff are very nice as well as the nurse practitioner, I was very well taken care of by the time I walked in the office
Horrible, heartless staff!!! I am appalled at the way the staff acted tonight. I called and spoke to a receptionist and explained that I was on the way with my nearly 2 year old son who had a cut near his eye. She said they would take a look at him as long as I was there by 8:00. As I pulled in at 7:59 I watched a staff member lock the door and then I knocked and she ran behind the counter to hide while the receptionist sat there and ignored me.
