When I'm miserable and can't wait until business hours to see my doctor I love that I can go to urgent care and not be triaged for 6 hours! If I'm miserable this is the place I go!!!
If you want to go to an urgent Care center with the best caring staff from the front desk to the back and one of the best NPC in Jean Bailey then this is the place you NEED to be. They are super!
Great staff. Very friendly. They helped me with my very sleepy one year old while I assisted my two year old get an x-ray.
I do not have a primary care physician. So anytime I need a doctor or its after hours at the pediatricians office we go to South Georgia Immediate Care. The doctors and nurses are great. The office staff is always friendly. The times we have needed to go, the wait has not been long at all. This will always be our first choice in the future. Thank you South Georgia Immediate Care!

Outstanding care from everyone there. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given some medicine for my fever. When I didn’t respond to Tylenol (can’t take anything else), I was sent over to the ER for further treatment. While I was the ER, Cheyenne from SGIC called to check on me. I can’t thank Tygar(the PA), Cheyenne, and the other lady enough. I will be using SGIC for future needs!
