When I lived in Florida Roy was really easy to work with there where some issues in the house and as I work in property management the delay in repairs was not his fault waiting on home owner approval. He knew how much I liked the condo he rented me and was quick to approve me on the condo and get me all the HOA information. If I moved back to the area I will be reaching out to Roy to get me into a new place I wish when I first moved there I was in contact with Roy to find me a place.
Mr. Fernandez and South Florida Rental Property Management are excellent to work with! They manage a property of mine down in Miami and Mr. Fernandez is always available whenever I need him. He has a quick response and takes care of business in a very timely manner! My tenants are very happy with his services. He’s very professional and has a great attitude. I can tell he loves what he does and takes great pride in making sure his properties are managed well and with great results. I highly recommend him and his company!
