My provider was great no complaints however the office called me 5 times in the span of 7 business days. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment a week later after being prescribed medication that takes 2-3 weeks to even start working which seemed kind of ridiculous so I cancelled. Shortly after I was hounded every day by the phone to reschedule an appointment. It’s like they are sales people forgetting there’s a patient and a person on the other end of the line. Highly recommend this clinic. The professionals are great, but also the communication with the clinic itself through the app is amazing, I can keep them posted on my progress and prescription. They’re very friendly, and helpful at all times.
I’ve been seeing Jennifer Calvo Estévez for about 6 months now. She always sees me promptly. She’s is attentive to my concerns and considerate. She adjusts my medications as necessary. She never rushes me and always asks thoughtful questions and provides great suggestions for my care. She’s a true professional with excellent “bedside manner.” The staff is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
