Scheduled a viewing with an agent (left voicemails and had to call main office). Agent ended up canceling on us two hours before the viewing and asked us to reschedule to the next day. We had no choice in the matter. The next day after leaving more voicemails the agent called us back to say the home owners accepted a bid the day we were to see the property. Poor communication skills leave buyers and sellers at a disadvantage with this agency.
