So we ended our contract with them six months ago and they showed up last Friday with no notice to remove something that they said they were paying for. Building manager did not give them access without notice. Then, mysteriously, the ac control turned off over the weekend. The ac tech from another company that came out said the controls were to blame and they had been turned off recently. Coincidence? I think not. I would not recommend them.
