Ordering from South End is a great choice during social distancing -- the service is friendly, delivery is convenient, prices are fair, and the food is healthy and delicious. My whole family loves it. It is also fun to get cocktails delivered. If you tire of cooking every meal at home, let Nicholas Martschenko take care of your next meal; you won't regret it. Wicked pissa Great food and atmosphere. Pretty good owner too.
outstanding service from the time we entered. Not just our server but anyone who walked by checked on us. the Manager/Maitre D, (Christophe) checked on us and kept engaged. the baby iceberg salad with cucumber was the best I have had. I had the Scottish salmon and it was cooked to perfection with grilled beet and black bean. Sticky Toffee dessert was great. another had the Trequilla (?). Perfectly cooked pasta and light sauce. a third had the BLT. Again perfectly executed.. I highly recommend.

South End is one of my favorite restaurants downtown New Canaan. In a convenient setting across from New Canaan Train Station with its own parking lot, South End offers fabulous food with excellent service.
