Achieved nothing for the appointment after paying hundreds. Dr Chew saw how bad things were for us, but failed to do any of the things that he promised during the session. Even denied that he made the promise. It was disappointing, upsetting and distressing for a family that was in crisis. The one star is for the service of the receptionist.

If you are able to get to see Doctor Millicent Chikoore consider yourself very lucky. She is very understanding, patient and a good listener. I feel she will be able to help me considerably. I felt no pressure from her and felt she understood me. I am so grateful. Each time I've had to contact the reception staff they have always been very helpful too.

Entirely incapable of answering a phone or returning a call/email for weeks if at all. Less than useless

My GP sent a referral on 16th August. I followed up 2 weeks later and was told my referral hadn't been reviewed yet and would take 4 weeks. Called again after 4 weeks and was told the clinician still hadn't reviewed yet and they would email the clinician again for them to review. Bearing in mind that it's possible that once reviewed, the clinician may not even accept to see me. Called again today and clinician still hasn't reviewed my referral.
