Great experience with Mike and the Southeast Total Service team. Contacted them on a Sunday about water heater and pressure reduction valve / water hammer issues and Mike came out early the next day, Monday. Quickly resolved the faulty water pressure reduction valve issue and gave me solid guidance and quotes on replacing my old water heater.
sewer line was not working probably. Came out promptly; used camera to locate issue. Sewer line needed replacing. we’re prompt with emailing proposal, and work was done as scheduled. Great customer service!

Very professional, on time and was able to the same day service to install a water heater for my grandparents house. The tech was professional and installed the new one and put my old on on the side of the road for us. I appreciate their business and will be using them again.
Professional Looks Do Not Always Result in Professional Service July 2, 2015 - Called and explained that I needed a new tub/shower valve set and that the pipe coming out of the floor was not a standard diameter. They transferred me to the plumber in the field that was going to perform the work so I could verify they had the needed adapters or understanding of the non-standard connection point. GREAT JOB A little over two months ago, my wife and I bought a one owner home built in 1961. We've been renovating and updating and the plumbing had been working fine...until last week. The basement toilet was backed up. I started to tackle this job myself but soon realized this was a much bigger job/problem than I could handle.
