Website appointment request produced no response from staff, so I called the phone number, which did little more than repeatedly tell me how important my call was, without ever answering it. Ended up driving to the clinic to make the appointment in person - but they decided my referral was not in the right format, so an apointment couldn't be made... Urgh.

The staff are wonderful, and the young female radiologist was so considerate of my needs.
