I ordered the delax flour arrangement, and I got the regular.I was very disappointed when I called and talked to the manager, JoeHe was no help he start talking very aggressively to me, the option that he gave me was that they can go and pick up the flowers and and exchange for a different one I thought it was very rude because I send it to a person and I didn't want that. That conversation took us nowhere.
I placed a delivery order for a friend and provided full access details including the apartment number and entry code. My friend was home all day and never received the flowers. When I called before closing, I was told the order had been delivered. However, after confirming with the recipient, nothing was ever received. My boyfriend’s had two different bouquets delivered to me from South-East Flowers, and I’m ALWAYS so impressed by how gorgeous they are and how long they last! The October/fall arrangement was even delivered while I wasn’t home, and they thoughtfully placed it in the shade to keep it fresh until I arrived (such care)!! 10/10 recommend gifting someone you love or treating yourself with SEF
