Dr. Vellore is AMAZING! I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me! I’m very thankful I found him! I have been going to him for over a year now & from day 1 he listened to me and understood me. He is very knowledgeable, has a great personality and is very caring. His staff is wonderful as well! They are welcoming & caring and make me feel comfortable every time whether it’s in the office or on the phone.
I normally dont post a review unless it is 5 stars or better to help promote business. I feel negative reviews are usually a pissed of customer that is at fault. This is different. I was with them for over a year seeing Dr. Kelly V and she was amazing! I felt very comfortable with her and felt she really cared. She left on maternity leave so I got put with the newer physician Chris. It went down hill from there. He was never friendly, always felt like I was wasting his time. Ajay Vellore talks a big game and he even gives a great speech to you on your first visit. That's where the good ends. After a visit in office plus one previous procedure a few weeks earlier, at my next injection he didn't know my name and looked at me like he'd never seen me before. Then said "oh you must have been seeing my nurse practioner, Kelly." I told no, I have never met Kelly however I have seen you 3 times one of those being an injection. How I wish I could give this clinic less than zero. Let's start with the doc who gouges his patients for copays. Forces them to schedule unnecessary appointments to collect copays and who seems to be a fraud. The staff is rude and they will lie repeatedly. Run away from this clinic. I also plan to file a complaint with the state against this doctor and his facility. He's surely done this to other patients.
