How I wish I could give this clinic less than zero. Let's start with the doc who gouges his patients for copays. Forces them to schedule unnecessary appointments to collect copays and who seems to be a fraud. The staff is rude and they will lie repeatedly. Run away from this clinic. I also plan to file a complaint with the state against this doctor and his facility. He's surely done this to other patients. What a remarkable group of people. Every member of the staff has always made me feel welcomed, listened to, and like I mattered. Which has all become rather rare in the medical industry as of late. Kelly V. is one of the most well-informed and thoughtful practitioners I've encountered. She has that vital curiosity an intelligence that make for a fantastic clinician. I was treated yesterday for my lower back pain. Dr Vellore was terrific. If I could give more stars I would.. He explained in detail the procedure. I felt like a patient he Truly cared about helping. The pain is substantially less than before he treated me. Yeah!!
PA Visconti tried very hard to help me and was a good person. Unfortunately, there is zero communication between providers and office staff. I had multiple issues, not getting prescriptions on time, being flat out lie lied to, messages frequently never getting to the doctor or getting to the doctor in a way that wasn’t even close to the message I left. Goes on and on and on..
