RecommendedMy 12 weeks of physical therapy was absolutely amazing. My physical therapist Cydney worked her magic. Listening to my goals and concerns to get me back to running. Everyone was so professional from the front desk girls greeting me with hello or the recovery table icing my leg. It was such a pleasurable experience each week.

Excellent & Friendly therapists with their main goal of reducing or completely getting rid of opioids out of your system. They watch you during your entire session to make sure everything is proper & I can honestly say after 8 years of off and on P.T., SpineZone La Mesa is the best land based therapy in San Diego County (non-aquatic). Easy access from I-8 West & they do provide follow-up memberships after "official" doctor therapy is completed. :)
