This place has changed my life and kept my body moving. Between the Pilates and PT once in a while it has definitely improved my quality of life.
I first went for PT. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They never once made me feel uncomfortable about my injury. I learned a lot about posture and strength. I then started going to Pilates and have absolutely fell in love with it. The instructor, Linda, is wonderful, funny, and knowledgeable. I'm hooked!
I found Envision thru a Groupon coupon for Pilates over two years and 18 pounds ago (!). The Pilates instructors are all excellent; encouraging attention to form-detail in order to get the best results and avoid injury. I am motivated by the whole amazing team but have to give Linda Avarello a special shout out: she rocks! I started coming to Envision back in March 2015 to do PT for my knee. The PT helped to avoid surgery! Pilates was a part of PT and I loved it so much I started taking classes! I'm now in my 6th month of Pilates and I feel and look better than I have in a long time! The instructors and the staff are amazing! I look forward to each and every class I take!!

This is a wonderful place for physical therapy as well as Pilates. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I love going there.

Only interns work there and it's not n a strip mall with Windows wide open to public....so people walking by can see you struggle to walk .... Smelt like ass and ointment....
