This was going to be my first time going to this clinic to get an MRI. I didn't even get to go in because the door was locked, I had to wait for the receptionist to come outside to ask me if l I had an appt just to tell me that I was late so I had to reschedule. My appt was at 2:30 but apparently not because I arrived at 2:15 and she said I was late, that I HAD to be there at 2pm. Facility was very clean and organized. Registration was easy and tech savvy using a tablet—no paper forms! Staff was courteous and professional from start to finish. I would recommend and return to this facility.

This place basically never answers the phone! My Dr faxed the order for my MRI 5 times and South County Imaging said that the pages were completely black! When the phone did get answered, I was hung up on. Do not go here!
