I was there for concussion I got my clame number from insurance company all information they ask me to fill all the paperwork before see a dr I told them I can not do it I have concussion I dont remember everything but im giving you the information. They didn't do it for me I left and drive to Kent hospital. What a shame for management of this place.. work comp case
I don't know what's going on with everyone else here and I don't want to discount problems other people may have had, but my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Turner has been great and I've only dealt with one slightly befuddled receptionist. Otherwise, staff has been lovely. Referrals have always gone smoothly without scheduling issues. I've had some staggeringly bad healthcare experiences since I moved to RI and SCMG has been a game changer.
These reviews do not lie….. This is a medical practice that will truly leave you to die. Since February this place has cancelled three of my appointments because the new doctor they assign me to each month, quits. It’s always a 60-90 wait for the next appointment, and then they call the day before to tell me that person is no longer with the practice. Keep canceling and rescheduling your appointments now has been 2 years and won’t let me see another doctor
Pretty much what others are saying. Disorganized, do not return phone calls, you wait on hold forever. Not to mention trying to get a prescription refilled! It takes numerous calls to get anything done. Unfortunately, this is what medical care looks like in 2026.
