I'm not usually one to leave a bad review. Mistakes happen. However, when it becomes a pattern, I think it's only fair that other people know. In April, I scheduled a new patient primary care appointment and waited nearly nine months to be seen. My appointment was scheduled for January 6th, I received multiple confirmation texts and emails. Came here to get my parents services in person they gave us a new patient packages to fill out - we did and returned it personally in July. They gave us appointments in August then they canceled and rebook us 2x now Dec the day of appointment I get a call they don't have any of my parents paperwork. Got to appointment to learn they couldn't not locate the documents we personally delivered in July, no one took accountability not one sorry. Everyone here very professional. Wait times shorter than most medical offices. My provider is always quick to answer any questions I have via the patient portal.
Happy with this practice . They are busy like everyone else and there are some phone waits but nothing that isn’t happening everywhere. They try very hard to put in place a system where you can be seen same day for urgent matters. The office is very nice and they work hard to take care of my husband and myself.
I really like my PCP Mary Joyal, but my most recent experiences with other staff members, as well as a lack of communication and inefficiency has made me decide to get help elsewhere. I emailed my doctor with detailed notes on my issues and never heard back from her. Instead, I get responses from desk workers, and a call from a doctor that is not mine.
