Miss Bibi and the teachers are very nice and affectionate. Our daughter enjoys going to the care center and she is always happy when we get her.
My son has been at this center since he was around 9 months old. At first it was difficult because the teacher in the infant-toddler room could not keep up with the little ones learning to walk. My son has a permanent dent in his forehead and a scar on his inner lip due to her negligence. She no longer works at the center thankfully. There have been a lot of changes in management in the 4 years he's been here. Our experience at Kindercare has been so so wholesome, our son is 2 years old and absolutely adores Miss Ariel! All weekend he just kept saying her name and I’d ask him “do you love miss Ariel?” And he’d say “yes!” Even when it comes to conflict with another child biting our son they called us immediately and were very matter of fact about the situation which his dad and I appreciate very much. Both of my boys go to this daycare, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing teachers and staff. They truly care about the kids and have created a warm, safe, and loving environment. I trust them completely, which gives me so much peace of mind every day.
