I won't lie, you're definitely paying for the location. The complex is older. There are no washer/dryer hookups (community washer/dryers available) or fancy amenities. Traffic in the mornings can be tricky. Now...let's be clear...the pros HEAVILY outweigh the cons (listed above). Location: A quick 5 - 7 minute drive to Downtown/Lady Bird Lake.
