This South Congress Nursing Home on E. Live Oak has unprofessional management and staff who do not have the skills needed to effectively care for the elderly. The nursing staff needs to make major improvements when it comes to caring and protecting the people in this facility. I am highly dissatisfied with the care of my family member in this facility and I do NOT recommend anyone place their loved ones here.
