Incredible staff and seasoned knowledgeable doctor ( Dr Nadia Hassan) - I was nervous, and they were calm, took time to explain in language I understood, thus I felt relaxed, and confident in procedure. I would most certainly recommend them and trust is huge....
Dr. Chong, who I've seen for several treatments, is always thorough in his explanation of his assessment and available options, and is very positive and compassionate. Even though the reason for seeing an endodontist is not usually for something positive or routine (at least in my experience, i.e. complicated root canals), Dr. Chong and the team make you feel welcome from the start. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Nassan. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort after! The office staff was so friendly, informative and kind going into the surgery and Dr. Nassan took plenty of time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this office!
The dental work and services are pure excellence. What a joy, no kidding! The Admin staff is a strong unit that takes the other kind of pain -- pain working with an office -- out of the picture. I'm very grateful to have found this office.
I had the best experience! Dr. Westernoff and staff were amazing. I had all four wisdom teeth pulled at the same time. I was scared, but was put at ease immediately. I was sent home with great instructions on after care and I’m feeling much better than I anticipated. Thank you!!
The receptionist was very pleasant. I found Dr. Carvalho difficult to understand. She didn't seem particularly interested in my case; very low energy personality.
