So far, fantastic! Nichole has been our rep and very helpful since initial contact. Our apartment is a nice size and fits our family. It was very clean and all appliances are in excellent condition. I love looking at San Bruno Mountain through my windows. Only negatives so far: the trash area is extremely far from our apartment, you have to get renters insurance to protect THEIR property to live here, and we are a bit nervous about our first water/trash bill...otherwise, yes I'd recommend this place for those who need easy B... read more

Really terrible customer service, said that they will call me back, but they never did. I paid the deposit for one of the apartments, but they just told me that the previous tenants messed up the apartment, so they need more time to restructure the apartment, so I cant move in on my planed date, how come they set up the moving date without knowing when the apartment should will be available. Before I move in they just change the apartment I was about to move-in, to another apartment on my contract without letting me know. Ve... read more
