Mostly, all property management companies are the same. The real customer is the property owner, not the tenants. Each one I've dealt with over the past years does one thing better than others. Rather than complaining, I'll share that information in my review of each one. South Central uses an independent contractor to keep the dumpster area free of bulk waste and overflowing garbage.
Unprofessional, enough said.
