I've rented from other property management companies. South Central Property Management is the best in my opinion. Their maintenance and office staff are outstanding. The grounds keeper is mediocre. He is an independent contractor, not an employee. Unlike many of the other property management companies, South Central represents property owners and doesn't own the property themselves. Independent owners tend to have a higher standard for property upkeep.
Bad management i ever seen they don'tcare about tenants. I had a bad experience the water came out from the toilet and made all the area wet the floor and the carpet they come and takeoff the seat the floor then they disappeared for 2 months and every time conact them they give excuses like we wait for a another company to come to sanitize the floor but no show, then I decide to find another place to move i give them a 30 notice but guess what happened at the end!!! they didn't refund all my deposit they deduct $360!!! Sherry and her crew at the office in Glasgow are the most amazing group of people. Extremely helpful and understanding. These are the greatest people and it is a pleasure renting from them! I cannot recommend them enough!
