I have tried to get the sqft on 2 separate units and they just keep running in circles with anything but those answers. Finally today, Libby, stated that they don’t have the sqft for their units. The first one I spoke to on another unit was named Lilly. Don’t waste your time with their run around and lack of knowledge of all ya want is a simple answer on the total sqft.
The ladies in the office are always friendly and respectful. Some issues with pest and neighbors that could have been dealt with better but not a bad place.
I prefer individual owners and a more personal connection. However, with the bowling green company I feel that way. The team is always friendly, it doesn't typically take forever for them to reach out, they care to ensure general maintenance is done for the residents. One time I needed my light bulb changed. I let them know that I just hadn't gotten to the light. While they were doing a different maintenance issue they fixed my light.
