very bad customer service, they have a very bad attitude, I think they forget that you pay for their services and not that they are doing us a favor
Absolutely the worst customer service I ever had in my life. They refused my application for a title because my name is Christopher on my license and on the registration it just says Christoph. They told me I need to go out and get an ID that says Christoph on it. Now where the heck am I supposed to do that.
I arrived early for my appointment. As I waited I noticed they were calling numbers and moving people pretty quickly. They called my name right on time. I had made an appointment on their website. They took care of my needs in less than 5 min. Easy peasy! One two threesy! 👍👍👍
