Worse tag agency experience ever. I was the only one with an appointment at 9am when they opened the doors and the woman at the door spoke broken English and keep telling me I will get a text and I told her I go a text and showed it to her and she insisted I will get a text and blocked me from entering as she was passing out tickets and she then explained they will text me when I need to go to the counter and when I finally got in they were serving other people with tickets and didn’t text me but called my name so I almost m... read more
Absolutely horrible expeirence. Wait up to three hrs and they don't tell anybody that their check system is down. It shouldn't take three hrs to get tags, horrible,no customer service. They need to have separate lines for different needs. Did I say horrible experience?

Was very pleased with the organization and management of all the people who arrive there. Sending texts to everyone kept all concerned on constant updates when they would be seen by name and number and how long the wait was. Under the circumstances with covid, I think well done. Now on the other hand, next time you need that service take the options you are given. 🙂
