This place is horrible! DO NOT MOVE HERE! A gated community whose gates are always broken. Code violating repairs which took over a YEAR to rectify! The security issues in this place are deplorable! Constant police presence due to not properly vetting tenants and now you can’t even get your mail on the property you now have to drive 4 miles to the post office to get your mail because of the criminal activity! The office and maintenance staff are hard working, friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to help residents. They genuinely care about their community and people. RecommendedI have lived here almost 6 months and before this I left a very long negative review I want to come back and change this review to a positive outcome. Samantha is very professional and she took care of our bug problem and we have I had them come back. I am assuming it was from the trash can outside that we live next to but I am glad to say that know longer have any type of issues with bugs!! Samantha has worked with us for numerous reasons and I just wanted to leave positive feedback!
RecommendedWe were on a tight timeline to find a place to live. The application process was the quickest we have ever scene. It took less than 2 hours. We have had a few issues but maintenance has been right on top of things. Office staff have been quick to respond back to any questions we have had.👍🏽👍🏽.
Horrific people manage these apartments. Now I know why someone tried to hurt the managers they are horrible it’s nasty and if you have any self pride don’t live here
3 months, waiting on repairs from an improperly installed water heater. drywall ceiling damage, light fixtures not working, no smoke detectors, and ruined carpet. I'm still paying high rent, which has increased..but no repairs. This place has gone ghetto!
